"Platform" — The COT Bias Terminal web application, including all features, dashboards, tools, and content.

"COT Data" — Commitments of Traders reports published weekly by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), which are public domain data.

"Statistics" — Derived metrics, bias scores, visualisations, and analytical outputs generated by the Platform from COT Data.

"AI Inference" — The Platform's proprietary AI-powered feature that uses frontier large language models (LLMs) to process and synthesise COT Data.

"Context Design" — COT Bias Terminal's proprietary methodology for structuring and delivering AI-generated market summaries.

"User" / "You" — Any individual or entity that accesses, registers for, or uses the Platform.

"Content" — All text, charts, data, statistics, AI-generated summaries, analyses, graphics, and other materials made available through the Platform.

By accessing or using COT Bias Terminal — whether through registration, subscription, or simply browsing — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and COT Bias Terminal. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Platform is available globally. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.

COT Bias Terminal is a data intelligence and awareness platform. Its sole purpose is to democratise access to publicly available CFTC COT data by presenting it in a structured, visual, and analytically enriched format.

• Educational access — surface COT data to users who would otherwise struggle to interpret raw CFTC reports.
• Statistical analysis — provide derived metrics and bias scores. These are quantitative outputs, not qualitative judgements.
• AI Inference — automated statistical interpretations using frontier LLMs, not financial advice.
• Awareness, not advice — the Platform raises awareness of market positioning dynamics. It does not predict future market behaviour.

We sell access to statistics, data tools, and AI-generated data summaries. We do not sell financial advice, trading signals, or investment guidance of any kind.

This section is central to your understanding of the Platform and applies to all users globally, regardless of jurisdiction.

Nothing on COT Bias Terminal — including bias scores, positioning charts, statistical summaries, AI Inference outputs, Context Design summaries, or trend indicators — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations.

AI outputs are automated syntheses of statistical data — not the opinion of a regulated financial professional.

COT Bias Terminal is not a regulated financial advisor, broker, investment manager, or financial services provider under the laws of any jurisdiction.

Before making any financial decision, you should seek independent advice from a qualified, regulated financial professional.

Any financial decision you make based on content encountered on this Platform is entirely your own.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, COT Bias Terminal and its operators expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any financial losses, trading losses, or lost profits arising from your use of or reliance on any Content
• Any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or delays in the data, statistics, or AI-generated outputs
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform
• Any decision made or action taken in reliance on the Content
• Any losses arising from AI model errors, hallucinations, or incorrect synthesis

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Historical data and trend analyses may be displayed on the Platform. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical patterns in COT data — regardless of how compelling they may appear — do not guarantee or predict any future market movement.

AI forecasts are syntheses of current statistical patterns, not predictions of future market behaviour.

All trading involves risk, including the possible loss of all capital invested.

COT Bias Terminal uses frontier LLMs to power the AI Inference feature. Through our proprietary Context Design methodology, structured COT data is processed into natural language outputs.

• AI outputs are statistical, not advisory
• AI outputs may contain errors — LLMs can produce imprecise or inconsistent content
• Context Design is proprietary and may not be reverse-engineered or replicated
• AI summaries are periodically refreshed; historical outputs are not archived

COT data is sourced from CFTC public reports. While we strive for accuracy:

• CFTC reports are published weekly with an inherent reporting lag
• Derived statistics apply proprietary methodologies with assumptions
• Data may occasionally contain errors from the source, pipeline, or rendering
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data

The Platform is available to users worldwide. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

COT Bias Terminal does not hold any financial services licence in any jurisdiction and makes no claims of compliance with specific national financial regulatory regimes.

As a User you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Conduct your own due diligence before making financial decisions
• Understand the inherent risks of financial markets
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform Content without prior written consent

The Platform — including its design, code, statistical methodologies, bias scoring systems, AI Inference feature, Context Design methodology, and visual presentation — is the intellectual property of COT Bias Terminal.

Accessing the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal or internal business purposes only.

We utilise data from third-party public sources including the CFTC. We are not responsible for the accuracy or continued publication of third-party data. The AI Inference feature relies on third-party LLM providers; we are not liable for service interruptions or output quality issues arising from these providers.

Premium features are provided on a subscription basis:

• You are paying for access to statistical data tools and AI-generated data summaries — not for financial advice
• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice
• Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment or breach of terms

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without authorisation
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Platform Content
• Use AI Inference outputs to provide financial advice to third parties
• Interfere with Platform infrastructure
• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that territory, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
